The dials, knobs, and levers all actuate exactly as they should. The light meter is fully functional, and all shutter speeds are accurate. 

The lens is similarly excellent, with no damage or mechanical issues. The glass elements are free of fungus, balsam separation, cleaning marks, scratches, or other optical aberrations. The aperture blades are oil free and actuate beautifully. The focus ring spins with nice weight, and the aperture ring clicks with mechanical precision. 

The included lens is a 50mm focal length fast prime lens from Canon. This makes it a versatile lens capable of shooting many styles of photography. It can be used equally well for landscapes, city shooting, architectural work, standard photography, street photography, wildlife, nature, portraits, and more. A maximum aperture of F/1.8 allows for capable subject isolation and low light capability. Stopped down the lens becomes incredibly sharp. Flaring, ghosting, and chromatic aberration are well-checked.

Cosmetically the camera is in excellent condition with normal signs of light wear commensurate with age (camera is over 40 years old, but still exceptionally beautiful).
