This lens is a great value lens, capable of delivering excellent results at a low cost. The focus ring spins smoothly and precisely in both manual and auto focus shooting modes. The aperture ring clicks nicely into its detent. The aperture blades are snappy and oil free, lens elements are clear, pristine, and free of fungus cleaning marks or other aberrations. Filter threads and mount are in great condition.

It uses Nikon's F mount, so it will naturally work with nearly every Nikon SLR and Nikon DSLR made since 1959.
