Here we have a very nice Minolta MC W. Rokkor SG 28mm F/3.5 wide standard prime lens. This lens comes with original Minolta case and lens caps.

It is in excellent condition cosmetically, and is functionally perfect.

This is a super-sharp lens that yields amazing results in a myriad of shooting situations. Perfect for street photography, general purpose photography, snap shots, action shots, architectural shooting, landscapes, family photos, and any other type of standard photography.

This lens is among Minolta's best, featuring exceptional optic coatings to reduce glare, minimize ghosting and flaring, and correct chromatic aberration. These coatings provide excellent contrast and color rendition when shooting on both film cameras and today's crop of mirror-less and DSLR cameras.

The focus ring spins smoothly, and the aperture ring clicks into its detents with mechanical precision. The blades of the aperture are oil-free, spotless, and actuate perfectly. The glass elements are free of any fungus or haze. I have tested the lens on my Sony a7II and the image quality is fantastic. The filter threads and lens mount are unmarred though the current filter screws on a little stiffly.

It will natively mount to any MC/MD mount Minolta camera (any of their SLRS made from 1959 through the 1990s), and it will also mount to any mirror-less or DSLR camera by way of readily available and inexpensive adapters.
