Here we have a nice wide angle Canon lens, the FD (new edition) 20mm F/2.8 S.C. prime. It is in great condition and comes with the rear cap and a UV filter. 

The glass elements are clean and free of damage, scratches, fungus, haze, and balsam separation. The aperture blades are snappy and oil free. The focus ring spins smoothly with nicely weighted fluidity, and the aperture ring clicks into its detents with mechanical precision. The automatic aperture functions work perfectly, and the filter threads and lens mount are unmarred.

The Canon FD 20mm F/2.8 lens is well-known for being among the best value 20mm lenses for Canon machines. With a quick aperture of F/2.8 it's capable of taking low light photos with relative ease. Additionally it is an exceptionally sharp lens, even shot wide open, and when stopped down produces some stunningly crisp images.

This prime lens is optically fantastic and will make a wonderful addition to a photographer's gear. Use this lens on an old 35mm camera, or a full frame digital camera, and utilize the wide angle. Mount it on a crop-sensor digital camera and the focal length becomes and approximate 45mm, which is a perfect standard focal length for snap shots, street photography, etc. 

Naturally able to be mounted on any Canon FD mount camera, these include classic film SLRs such as the AE-1 and A-1. This lens also works well on newer crop-sensor digital cameras. It can also be used on modern mirror-less digital cameras, such as the Sony a7 and Fuji's X series, with suitable adapter.
