Here we have a universal screw mount (m42) Automatic Tele Converter X2 for all USM cameras. It is in excellent condition and includes both caps.

This tele converter will effectively double the focal range of any universal screw mount lens. Multiplying the focal length by a factor of two will essentially turn your 50mm lens into a 100mm lens, your 28mm lens into a 56mm lens, etc.
