This data back can be used with all Nikon F3-series cameras and uses a quartz-controlled clock and LCD to display time, date or sequential numbers from -2 to 2000, and allows this data to be imprinted in the lower right-hand corner of photos if desired. Imprinting data functions include Year/month/day, Day/Hour/Minute, or reference numbers to 2000. It also features a built-in alarm.

It is powered by 2 LR44 batteries, not included.
