Aperture blades are free of oil and snappy. Mount is pristine. Filter threads accept filters easily.

This prime lens is optically fantastic and will make a wonderful addition to a photographer's gear. Use this lens on an old 35mm camera, or a full frame digital camera, and utilize the wide angle. Mount it on a crop-sensor digital camera and the focal length becomes and approximate 45mm, which is a perfect standard focal length for snap shots, street photography, etc.

Focus ring spins smoothly, aperture dial clicks nicely.

This lens will naturally fit onto any Canon SLR with an FD mount. Additionally it will mount to many DSLR, mirror-less, and micro 4/3rds cameras by using suitable adapters.
